Meet Our Team
Beth Alston
Beth holds the position of Client Specialist Representative with American Principal. This means she assists with deliveries of policies and account information deliveries, delivers client updates, and handles paperwork in the back office. She enjoys her job because of the people she gets to work with, both our wonderful clients and her coworkers. At American Principal, our team supports each other to provide clients with the best possible service. Beth is cheerful, fun-loving, and welcoming and loves spending time with her family and friends. She’s been married for 18 years to her husband (Bryce), and they have two sons, Aidan and Ian. As a family, they love traveling, movie nights, and spending time outside by the fire. Beth graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Advertising in 2007 and completed her Master’s in Public Administration in December 2023. Beth has worked in sales and customer service for years before starting with American Principal in May of 2023.
Kelsey Koester
Kelsey holds the position of Marketing and Events Coordinator with American Principal. Her responsibilities include coordinating seminars, answering client phone calls, and setting up conference rooms for daily appointments. Meeting and interacting with new people is her favorite part of the job. Kelsey is friendly, outgoing, organized, and loves animals and being outdoors. When she is not working, she spends time with her boyfriend, Will, her black lab, Cooper, and her cat, Ollie. Kelsey also likes boating, reading, spending time with friends and family, and sitting on her back porch. Before working with us, she graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration, then in 2021, received a Master’s in Occupational Therapy. She worked in the healthcare industry for two years before pursuing a job in event planning and began working with us in September of 2023.
